Kael Street is a slow fashion brand. We create our products in small quantities to avoid the overproduction of garments, and the unnecessary textile waste. We aim to be good to our people and the planet. 

Our upcycled and reworked garments are made with curated salvaged textiles that can no longer be reproduced. You may not be able to get the same design and fabric combo twice. We are constantly on the search for interesting textiles to create classic one-of-a-kind garments with. Our products are meant to be cherished, the way people used to cherish and mend their clothes before fast fashion emerged. 

Pre-orders

With that said, we offer pre-orders for when an item runs out of stock. This also applies to when you’d like to have an item customized to your measurements and fabric choice. We are just a message away!

Pre-orders will take up to 14-21 business days excluding shipping time and holidays. Orders may arrive sooner or later, depending on the volume of orders. Production starts a day after payment is confirmed. Kindly note that we are a small team, working to give you good quality modern vintage. We will happily provide updates on your item once ordered. 

Returns and Cancellations

Strictly no cancellation of orders once it has been placed. Especially if cut and sew has begun.

Custom, made to order, upcycled and reworked items can no longer be returned or refunded. This is especially true for items made of deadstock fabric or items customized to your size. For custom orders, please note that we are not liable for incorrect self-measurements. 

If you’d like to request a minor alteration, please email us at kaelstreet.shop@gmail.com so we may review your request. Kindly note that this request will only be entertained within 7 days of receiving your item. There is an additional fee for this service, depending on the alteration needed.
